The role We are looking for a Golang Engineer to join our team to work mainly on CosmWasm SDK – the SmartContracts engine for Cosmos, as well as CosmWasm Tracing– a tool that meticulously monitors all activities within a CosmWasm chain. You will: • work with Cosmos SDK and contribute to our smart contract platform • build tools to work with Cosmos chains, including CosmWasm Tracing • implement monitoring services • build off-chain services and infrastructure

This role will be focused on helping scale the Meter Network Dashboard. Dashboard is at the core of how our user’s manage and observe their networks. You will be a core member of this team - helping craft the vision for this product, building the underlying data models, APIs, and working with a cross-functional team to scale this to thousands of businesses. Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a full-time backend engineer. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building event driven microservices or service oriented architectures and has built most facets, if not all, in a "twelve-factor" app. Preference is for real experience (2+ years) in our primary language of Golang, but other languages are considered when able to quickly pick up new technologies. Additional experience in integrating with 3rd party systems, event-driven architecture, databases, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc) are important.
You will directly influence how and what to build, and must be comfortable collaborating on the architecture, code, product, etc as we have a strong culture of devops as well as being technically curious, thoughtful and purposeful in what we build. The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be helping to drive our product and engineering department forward, working on different parts of the Paddle ecosystem and helping our Software Sellers sell their products on a platform they trust and rely on.
Our Engineering Department is split into 8 cross functional Product teams, along with an SRE and Data team.
Our Product teams are made up of an Engineering Manager, a Product Manager and between 4 - 8 engineers (mix of backend and frontend), depending on the demands of the team.
