Why We’re Hiring
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience working in and leading agile development teams. This role will be responsible for building features for our marketplace partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and Golang. Experience in React or React Native is a bonus but not required.
What You'll Do
Spend most of your time working in Golang.
Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, and maintaining features.
Architect and build complex new systems, focusing not only on scalability, but also on creating an amazing experience for our partners.
Work closely with product and engineering leadership to spec-out, design and implement solutions for our stakeholders.

About the Enterprise Pipeline Team
Enterprise Pipeline, a core C2FO team, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the connectivity and ETL portions of C2FO’s products. Lead Backend Engineer
We are looking for an engineer to help us build out the backend that powers TreeCard.
You will be responsible for developing the backend platform from scratch, spanning a range of the tech stack, from integrating with our banking partners, to API architecture and design for our mobile client, to the execution of new microservices that the business will depend on like risk management, fraud detection, and big data analytics.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer II who is familiar with cloud platforms, container technology and loves automation. Familiarity with monitoring tools and services (DataDog)

How we work
We are remote first
We value amazing work and a strong work-life balance. The majority of our collaboration happens on Slack and Zoom. We get together quarterly for team offsites so we can get some facetime (Covid Pending).
Salary Transparency
We believe that financial transparency creates trust, and that teams with a high level of trust are able to execute more effectively. We view salary transparency as a way to challenge a rampant problem in our industry: the wage gap. The base salary for any two employees in the same role is the same. Performance in that role is the differentiator, not upfront negotiation.
