You will work with Golang, Kubernetes, Typescript, React, and many advanced technologies to build the cloud developer workspace of the future.
You’ve worked as a software engineer for at least five years (including relevant internships)
You're skilled in languages and technologies for systems-level engineering, e.g. C/C++, Rust, and Golang (especially but not necessarily). You are skilled in front-end technologies such as Typescript or React.
You care deeply about your craft. We build to last. Our customers deploy our software on-premises, so we want to make sure we get things right the first time. And we’re going to build a SaaS product, so automated testing will be essential for continuous delivery.

The role We are bolstering our Security team, and we are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our SysE team. The ideal candidate for this role will have solid experience in the field and can demonstrate a sound understanding of the principles underlying security for products deployed as SaaS or on-prem. Resin.io provides a software platform that helps developers build, deploy and manage code on connected devices. We brought Docker to embedded GNU/Linux devices in 2013 and have been building our IoT toolkit ever since. We also maintain a variety of successful open source projects including Etcher, Balena, and resinOS, and made contributions to high-exposure projects such as Docker, Electron, and AppImage.
Our technology is open, standards-based, and proven in production across a wide range of scenarios from drones, 3D printers, point-of-sale devices, tidal turbines, skyscrapers and more. Our investors include DFJ, Aspect Ventures, GE, and Ericsson.
Resin is a highly distributed, remote-friendly company with a pretty much flat hierarchy. Our organization is adaptive, getting feedback signals from our users and systems.
