Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Buchhaltung (Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren, Banktransaktionen, Anlagevermögen, Cash-Management und Reisekosten) für die deutsche Muttergesellschaft.
- Schlüsselrolle bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Unterstützung bei Zwischenabschlüssen nach IFRS.
- Überwachung der Kostenrechnung und des Konzernreportings.
- Vorbereitung und fristgerechte Einreichung der Umsatzsteuererklärungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Hauptansprechpartner für Buchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr.
Was dich auszeichnet
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und/oder eine Qualifikation als Buchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellter.
- Nachweisliche Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, insbesondere in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit DATEV sowie Buchhaltungsstandards nach HGB und IFRS.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP-Migration.
- Anpassungsfähig, ergebnisorientiert und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

What happens after I send my application?
First we’ll confirm, that we gave received all the documents. If there is something missing, we’ll ask for it in the first mail. Take a deep breath and be yourself. We want to get a realistic picture of how it is to work with you.
How is my data stored and used?
Your data is stored in our system Greenhouse and will be used exclusively for the purpose of the application and related analyzes. Your data will only be accessed by employees from our HR department. The data is automatically deleted after 6 months. However, you can also request that your data will be deleted at any time earlier.
How will my first day look like at simplesurance?
We have prepared a great onboarding for all new starters on the first day (always 1st or 15th of the month). You’ll get insights of our business, offices and HR-related regulations. We will also take a picture for our team wall and after a few hours, you’ll join your new team.
