I graduated in Physics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Brazil) in 1984. Since then, I always have been working with IT. I had the opportunity to work with several kinds of software as well as hardware. From microcomputers (like a raspberry pi) to IBM mainframes. About the program languages: from Algol, Fortran, Pascal, c, ... (til in the latest 10 years) java, python, and Golang. Latest five years in the cloud (like AWS, GCP, and IBM).

I'm started with developer at 2016 and have worked on various types of company, now i stay worked more with Go.

I work with backend software engineering since 2017. I started with PHP (Laravel), but since 2020 I work with golang as my main language. I have a bachelor of Computer Science degree. I work mainly on the development of REST, gRPC, and event-driven services. I'm used to working in environments that deal with huge requests volumetry. Currently, I work at a platform squad, which has the main focus on providing scalable microservices, SDKs, and other tools to others devs' squads. Our focus is to deliver scalable, monitorable, reliable, fault-tolerant and secure services. I focus on design and architecture of software. My daily basis work routine involves SOLID, hexagonal architecture, clean code, and unit tests. As a software engineer, those are some keywords that i work daily: golang, REST, gRPC, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, and Kubernetes. About observability and monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and ELK. For cloud, my main knowledges are AWS and GCP.
