A perfect candidate is a strong Go software engineer with history in the “world of infrastructure” and configuration management expertise. This engineer will architect the systems, software, and servers that keep our data centers running. You’ll build automation and systems management tools that make it easier to scale our rapidly growing business and deliver cloud infrastructure all around the world.
We're looking for someone to help architect, build, and maintain our internal platform-as-a-service used by all of FactSet's developers. We operate at all levels of the stack: UX/UI, APIs (Go), databases, Linux kernel, and system administration. We use tools like Packer, Terraform, Chef, and Prometheus to manage our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. We provide Docker containers, PostgreSQL, Redis, and much more as-a-service to the rest of the company.

Who you are “THE HOW” -Language agnostic, have experience in a few languages: PHP, Golang, Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python -PHP experience is mandatory, ~2 years experience -Restful API design, OpenAPI, Swagger, SOA -Understanding of a few storage engines, SQL (MySQL), NoSQL like Redis, DynamoDB or Cassandra - Solid understanding of what it takes to build a scalable system and techniques involved, e.g: Caching, monitoring, tracing, eventual consistency, queues, load balancing, etc. -experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript (extensive) - ES6 + build tools around it -Understanding of Modern JS frameworks, e.g: React, Angular
Routefire is looking for a senior engineer with full-stack experience and an interest in (and ideally experience in) cryptocurrencies and/or trading. The position will involve developing our data pipeline, exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, and frontend web application.
