Tech Lead - Backend Services (Go) (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Tech Lead – Backend Services to bridge the gap between product vision and development. You’ll mentor engineers, ensure high code quality, and balance fast-paced development with building scalable, reliable systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & mentor the backend team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Architect & optimize backend services and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Code & build – contribute hands-on to feature development and infrastructure setup.
• Collaborate with product leads to define roadmaps, ETAs, and tech strategies.
• Innovate by exploring new tools, driving technical excellence, and improving processes.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on highly scalable Go-based microservices.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong database expertise (SQL, NoSQL, distributed systems).
• Leadership & project management skills – aligning teams, solving blockers, driving progress.
