Ambassador Labs is a remote-friendly company with “pods” in Boston, Portland and Montreal. Our pods are a way of bridging the gap between being 100% remote and working in an office. Eventually, when it is safe to do so, we will have physical offices in each of these locations for team members to go to on a part-time basis to fuel their creativity through brainstorming and watercooler conversations. The estimated base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $200,000. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Platform Services team is responsible for creating and managing the platforms that power our products. For us, that means providing our teams with reliable, resilient, and performant data ingestion / data access systems. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). As an SRE, you will be tasked with the reliability and operation of our production environments.
