Job Description

Your role

• We are looking for an ambitious tech leader who lays the foundations for our product and core platform.
• You’ll build a team from the ground up where you’ll use creativity to develop best practices and solve problems that both delight customers and make a positive impact on the planet.
• You will have the agency to lead the way to deliver our product in a greenfield environment.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience leading teams to deploy software applications, platforms, microservices, and/or SDKs.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• You have deep knowledge of architecture patterns and laid the foundation for a scalable B2C system before.
• Passion for collaboration and strong ability to build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• You have a good sense for business and always put the customer first.
• A commitment to technical excellence, and delivering results.
• You care about the growth of others and will be expected and empowered to help others grow on the team.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Not required but beneficial: Fintech background

• We want to test your architectural skills.

• Approx. 30 minutes remote call.
• We want to get a second opinion.
