THE ROLE
At Form3 you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy backend cloud-native services within a containerised microservices architecture. The work is cutting edge, constantly changing and focused on building and operating critical, highly available, low latency, scalable solutions.
Play an active role in introducing new technologies and ways of working to stay ahead of the competition, without ever compromising on quality. Contribute and collaborate with other engineers on technical and architectural decisions. Enjoy end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment, including building and operating infrastructure, toolset and deployment pipelines. The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, youâll be helping to drive our product and engineering department forward, working on different parts of the Paddle ecosystem and helping our Software Sellers sell their products on a platform they trust and rely on.
Our Engineering Department is split into 8 cross functional Product teams, along with an SRE and Data team.
Our Product teams are made up of an Engineering Manager, a Product Manager and between 4 - 8 engineers (mix of backend and frontend), depending on the demands of the team.

You're a systems programmer with good knowledge of Layer 1 protocols, and a passion for blockchain and decentralisation. RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be involved at all stages of the development lifecycle for the Autonity protocol and its blockchain node client (a fork of go-ethereum). These include: - Implementing new protocol features in Go and Solidity - Developing new distributed systems tests and frameworks - Contributing to protocol and design specifications - Working with members of the community to resolve issues - Your work will ensure that Autonity client is correct, reliable, performant, and secure.
