Stable, manage to deliver a no-crash program by creating unit and integration tests, and by manual testing before release. Simple, a program should be easy to be modified, configured, and use. Speed, having knowledge on the cause of slowness in a program and how to make it faster with a better solution and algorithms. Secure, know how to avoid security problems the right ways. He likes building, cleaning up, and documenting things (software or infrastructures). Until today, he still thinks that socket programming is magic.
