Golang Cafe We’re working with a fast-growing and profitable social commerce platform helping creators and brands optimize monetization and product performance at scale.
The company is already generating solid revenue and is entering a significant scaling phase. They are now looking for a hands-on Go engineer who can help architect and scale backend systems while growing into a broader technical leadership role over time.
What You’ll Work On
- Building and scaling backend systems in Go
- Designing API-heavy services and workflow orchestration systems
- Working on large-scale scraping and data processing infrastructure
- Improving performance, reliability and scalability across the platform
- Collaborating closely with product and leadership in a small, fast-moving team
- Helping shape engineering practices and future team growth
Tech Stack
- Go
- Postgres / Supabase
- Self-hosted infrastructure
- Ansible
- API integrations and distributed backend systems
What They’re Looking For
- Strong production experience with Go
- Experience designing and scaling backend/distributed systems
- Comfortable operating in small, autonomous engineering teams
- Product-minded engineer with strong ownership mentality
- Previous startup or scale-up experience is a plus
- Experience with scraping, ad tech, creator economy or social platforms is beneficial but not required

- Amsterdam preferred, but remote within Europe is possible
- Occasional travel may be required
- Flexible engagement structure (permanent or contractor/B2B)
