The Challenge

What You’ll Do: * Lead & mentor the backend team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. * Architect & optimize backend services and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Code & build – contribute hands-on to feature development and infrastructure setup. * Collaborate with product leads to define roadmaps, ETAs, and tech strategies. * Innovate by exploring new tools, driving technical excellence, and improving processes.

What You Bring: * 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on highly scalable Go-based microservices. * Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Strong database expertise (SQL, NoSQL, distributed systems). * Leadership & project management skills – aligning teams, solving blockers, driving progress.
