ENGINEERING TEAM
Our Engineering Team consists of over thirty-five Senior Engineers that are responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our platform, from architecture through to infrastructure. Individually they are all exceptional at what they do, but by working collaboratively within a team, consistently applying best-practice and automating absolutely everything they build world-class software for our customers.
There are a wide range of problems to tackle as an Engineer at Form3, from configuring nginx proxies to writing custom payment routing and handling logic. Itâs very much a âbest tool for the jobâ mentality here and our tech-stack is forever evolving. Our primary programming language is Go however we do have some services written using Java, Python and Ruby.

You'll be working with a deeply technical engineering team who collectively bring a wealth of experience and broad technology skills. The calibre of the code we produce is what excites us each day and motivates us each. The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, youâll be helping to drive our product and engineering department forward, working on different parts of the Paddle ecosystem and helping our Software Sellers sell their products on a platform they trust and rely on.
Our Engineering Department is split into 8 cross functional Product teams, along with an SRE and Data team.
Our Product teams are made up of an Engineering Manager, a Product Manager and between 4 - 8 engineers (mix of backend and frontend), depending on the demands of the team.

About The Role

What are we looking for?
As we expand our engineering team, we are looking for an experienced back-end developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help us build and scale our product beyond the MVP. Currently we've built a web application, but next on our radar is to build a mobile app.
