About The Role
We are building out our founding Engineering team. Senior Full-stack Engineers have the opportunity to work across the stack, front to back. Youâll take ideas from inception to reality by rapidly building prototypes, iterating, and releasing them. Youâll build scalable products that make the people analytics experience for People leaders and organizations more insightful and more efficient.

In compliance with New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role, adjusted for level, is between $140,000 - $190,000 in New York City. When determining a candidateâs compensation, we consider a number of factors including level, skillset, experience, job scope, location, and current market data. Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $200,000. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Meredith Corporation is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to continue building its advertising platform. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for extending, architecting, documenting, improving and building all our Backend Services, as well as some Frontend services, including our proprietary Ads Server, Analytics, Tracking and Reporting Systems. Your first project in this role will consist of integrating our different Shopper Backend Services with multiple Big-Box Retailers to handle, build and deliver meaningful context-based Ads across our own-and-operated network in real time.
