About the role
As a Software Engineer on Drip’s email team you will be part of a brand new team focussed on high scale email deliverability. This will include using data science and creating microservices that help us get nimble in our email operations. We are looking for experienced software engineers, with strong backend experience in Cloud based environments excited for the challenge of working with a small team of front-end engineers. The position requires excellent problem solving and engineering skills when working with systems at scale. We’re looking for an outstanding backend developer to build out our financial platform, that’s everything from account processing to data pipelines and reporting. Given the nature of the job attention to detail and a test driven mindset are key. Having worked with Finance or otherwise having an understanding of the financial landscape certainly doesn’t hurt either.
It’s important for us to maintain a tech stack that’s both competitive and exciting to work with. We’ll be introducing Golang shortly and use mostly Python in our data pipelines and everything Data Science.
