The Role:
We are looking for a back-end Go engineer to help us build our native app infrastructure. You would be working directly with our CTO and Head of Product to design and deliver user-facing features and infrastucture. We are a small team with modern infrastructure (Go 1.14, Kubernetes, gRPC microservices) but need more hands and minds to move at the pace we want, support our existing users, and grow/improve our stack. About the Role

Okta's Developer Experience team is looking for an experienced engineer with a love for the Go language, and a desire to work on open source SDKs that will delight our developer community. In this role you will have influence over our Go community strategy, which has a large base of developers working in the Dev Ops arena. Developers building on Okta want tools, written in Go, to facilitate their roll out of applications that leverage Okta as the underlying identity platform.
We currently offer a Go Management SDK, and a Terraform provider. In this role you will have ownership over these SDKs, as well as future SDKs that we create.

About the Technology team
Engineers join us for the technical challenges we overcome and stay for the incredible culture our Engineers create and grow, from talking at meetups such as the monthly 'London Microservices Meetup' (hosted and set up by our very own Technical Director) to contributing regularly to open source software (we're lucky to have the core contributor to Vue.js in our ranks).
