The Partner Engineering team are software engineers responsible for providing deep technical expertise to our strategic partners & customers to successfully develop and build with SpatialOS and our advanced probabilistic modelling products.
Partner Engineers at improbable are Software Engineers with deep knowledge of the core concepts of our faster-than-realtime simulation products, and help our industry partners to build specific products. A Partner Engineer in the Defence Unit helps design, deploy, and support solutions that are performant, scalable, and highly available wherever the end user requires.

The Role
This unique role requires a Golang engineer to rebuild an embedded Java application using Go microprocesses. The current app is written in Java 8 and is hosted on an Embedded Linux system. You will need a passion for hardware and IoT as you will be doing a lot of testing using physical IoT devices.
You will work directly with the Engineering Lead to create production ready code with good test coverage. If you are a Go engineer who has always tinkered and enjoyed working with embedded Linux devices, this job will be perfect for you. The role will involve learning new technologies and becoming the go-to expert for all things gateway related.

Equilibrium is a venture studio working on core infrastructure for the distributed web. We work on a variety of open source projects including rust-ipfs, orbitdb and interledger-rs. We are looking for a Go developer to join us. The position is remote-first, but we hope to get some facetime in the form of company retreats if such things are ever possible post-pandemic.
You would be working with our distributed team of engineers on new products, core protocols or client projects. Most of the work we do is or will eventually be open source.
Our teams are largely self-organising in that they design their own processes and choose their own tools. We know each team and each project is different, so we try very hard not to mandate unnecessary processes on anyone. We trust our teams to deliver and let them get to work in the way they think is best.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven software engineer to join our team at Ai Automotive to drive improvements to our web and iOS applications.
Position: Contract moving to full-time based on performance Level: 2-5 years Experience
In the short term, we have a few priority updates that need to be made to our iOS app as well as our web portal which we have specced out based on our clients needs. We are a small team so are looking for someone who can work across the entire stack, making sure all the components of our systems are working together smoothly.
We use Go lang, React-Native/Redux, AWS and Heroku. We will prioritise candidates in both Go lang and Reactive JS Frameworks, but we are also willing to bring someone onboard who is keen to learn and looking to upskill in these areas.
