The Company

Stanley Robotics is a highly ambitious robotics start-up launched in January 2015. Set to revolutionise the car-parking world with an automated valet service, our robots can move any vehicle. Already seeing strong growth with several key accounts (car parking providers), Stanley Robotics has raised equity from big name investors and is rolling out in 2019 several large-scale projects.

We are based in the centre of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement.

Your Role Within the "Multi robot" team, you will be in charge of contributing to the development of the fleet management software :

  • To implement multi-robot management solutions;
  • To ensure maintainability and industrialisation of the code;
  • To develop an integration test simulator.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent. We accept autodidacts.
  • Good knowledge of Go;
  • Basic knowledge of multi-agent programming;
  • Basic knowledge of software architecture;
  • Professional level of English proficiency;
  • Desire to work as part of a team: the overall success of the group is more important than your individual success;
  • Comfortable working in the less formal context of a startup business.

Nous sommes Ă  la recherche de notre futur Lead Dev !

L’objectif est d’encadrer et aider l’équipe tech (12 personnes) à faire face aux prochains challenges techniques aux côtés de notre CPO, du CTO et des fondateurs :

  • Participer Ă  l'Ă©laboration des futurs produits en Angular 6
  • AmĂ©lioration de la plateforme existante en adĂ©quation avec nos retours utilisateurs
  • DĂ©veloppement de nouvelles features qui auront un impact direct sur notre communautĂ©
  • Management de l’équipe Tech et mise en place de process
  • Veille technique sur les nouveaux besoins et technos, participation Ă  des events Tech
  • Gestion de notre API et backend (Go)
  • Stack : Go, Angular 6, Javascript, Google AppEngine, Algolia, Ionic

En plus de ces challenges techniques c’est l’opportunité d’être backé techniquement par Google, de monter en compétences entrepreneurial et technique, de participer à des formations/événements avec nos partenaires (Google, Blablacar, Ubisoft, etc) et de collaborer sur des problématiques data et techniques avec toute nos équipes (marketing, communauté, business, international).

Job Description

MISSION : Your mission will be to ensure that Agricool's cooltainers operate as designed to deliver best of class taste and yield. Your responsibilities will include :

  • You will handle software and hardware outages of production systems in a timely manner, document those incidents and communicate about them transparently
  • Fix issues at their root origin, help design and architect systems to minimize risk in production environments
  • Continuously improve the monitoring & alerting aspects of systems and services from an operations perspective
  • Apply state of the art security practices to ensure cooltainers systems and services are protected against intrusion and malevolence
  • Help build necessary tools & infrastructure to grow the operations and support team to handle very large fleets of cooltainers
  • Work closely with the product teams to improve the reliability, resilience and security of the cooltainers systems
  • Define and implement with the support and operations teams processes to interact with the cooltainers systems and provide remote assistance to on-site teams

REQUIREMENTS : - Problem-solving mindset, appetite for diagnosing various classes of complex problems - Very good knowledge of the linux kernel, including the network stack - Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (shell, ruby, python, etc.) - Experience with at least one IT automation platform (Chef, puppet, ansible, etc.) - Software polyglot: ability to read and understand advanced Java, C++, golang, TypeScript, etc.) - Ability to jump between various technologie, open-minded and believing in the "right tool for the job” - Hardware and micro-electronics culture
