We just closed another round of funding to fuel our growth through this phase and are seeking a senior software engineer that can meet the demand generated by our new product strategy.

Role
We seek a Senior Software Engineer to work in a team of 4 highly skilled software engineers consisting of front-end, back-end and DevOps professionals. You’ll be responsible for leading a project, developing, testing and delivering reliable software solutions. You’ll use industry best practices, policies and procedures to produce high-quality software products. You’ll be part of the team helping scale our technology as we grow our customer base and 10x the number of wearables in the field in the next 6-9 months.
What You’ll Do
Individual contributor:
You’ll be an individual contributor who has domain expertise in our tech stack and can take ownership of projects. Prior experience with Go is required. Experience with React and AWS is a big plus. You’ll be ensuring all the unit and integration tests are in place for your contributions, and also help peer engineers with that. Collaboration and best practices:
You'll collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data and Hardware teams to create industry leading products and features that will delight our customers. Our mission is to make it far easier to embolden, recruit and commit more volunteers and supporters for nonviolent civil resistance campaigns than ever before, while evading internet censorship and data breaches. We are close to completing our beta and were initially funded by two EU foundations and a few medium level US progressive donors.
There is also a highly monetizable spinoff; a real time communication product (an alternative to the myriad of organization and collaboration tools all in one secure place) that would enable major media, human rights and environmental groups etc to operate free of censorship in countries like Russia, China, and Saudi Arabia.
We use Flutter for GUI and Go for all networking. The architecture, product fit, and stakeholder relationships have been established and tested. We are now looking for senior or near senior level Go developers for an immediate start within a Tech Advisor role to review the code quality, documentation clarity, and progress of our platform’s development. Whilst experience of the above technologies would be nice, it is by no means essential. We are looking to speak with well-rounded, Senior Software Developers who have a breadth of experience across a variety of programming languages, have an understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing alongside an appreciation of automation and the DevOps culture. Candidates should also value the importance of code quality and software development best-practice, whilst being passionate about technology and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for platform engineering to join our Wire Team. This role has a strong focus on improving internal Developers' Experience (DX) tools and platforms that are integral to the success of our development process.
Initially, a portion of your time will be spent working closely with the Wire Team. This will help you familiarize yourself with CAST AI’s engineering practices and gain a deep understanding of our product. In the Wire team, your main responsibility will be managing and improving the observability (o11y) stack. Long term, you will have the exciting opportunity to transition and play a key role as one of the founding members of our Tooling Team, where you will shape and influence our approach to DX tooling and automation at scale. In this position, you will:
Maintain and optimize the observability (o11y) stack: manage Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Phlare, Tempo, and other relevant observability tools. Ensure our monitoring, alerting, and logging systems provide a frictionless way to define engineering team-related alerts.
Improve continuous Integration and Delivery: manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
Development environment management: enable other engineering teams by maintaining and extending the existing local development tooling managed by Tilt.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can turn ideas into reliable, beautifully written code that other people will find easy to comprehend and modify. You have a fundamental understanding of distributed systems and how Linux works behind the scenes. All additional experience in low-level systems is considered to your benefit. Experience and understanding of blockchain are not mandatory.
The Role: We’re looking for a senior-level Backend Engineer who wants to develop event-driven, cloud architecture microservices in Go and who has existing production experience in Go. Our systems are deployed via GitHub Actions, containerized and deployed into AWS managed Kubernetes. Other elements of our architecture are Kafka, Postgres, and Redis. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, accountable, owns the problem, has a knack for creative problem-solving, and is a low-ego team player. What You’ll Do: The Huntress team is looking for a senior engineer who has experience writing software that interfaces with the Windows Operating System at a low level. This engineer will be responsible for developing applications that communicate from our customers’ Windows systems to our web portal to provide our threat operations team with critical threat-hunting information.
