Volume successfully launched Sommelier’s first iteration as PeggyJV, bringing the Cosmos Ethereum bridge to market and resulted in Sommelier raising a total $25MM in funding to launch the first automated DeFi blockchain to manage Liquidity Provider capital on Ethereum via the Cosmos. Sommelier consists of the Cosmos Stargate SDK, its Tendermint-based consensus layer and a decentralized, bi-directional Ethereum bridge, managed by a global network of validators. Liquidity Providers (LPs) will be able to use Sommelier to author and execute complex, automated financial transactions, such as portfolio rebalancing, limit orders, as well as a host of other features that token holders have come to expect from centralized finance (CeFi), but that are not currently available in DeFi.

This role will be focused on helping scale the Meter Network Dashboard. Dashboard is at the core of how our user’s manage and observe their networks. It’s also where our future products that build on networks, will live. Meter owns the entire hardware and software stack and this enables us to unlock value for our customers at a scale not seen in the industry yet. You will be a core member of this team - helping craft the vision for this product, building the underlying data models, APIs, and working with a cross-functional team to scale this to thousands of businesses. We seek a Senior Software Engineer to work in a team of 4 highly skilled software engineers consisting of front-end, back-end and DevOps professionals. You’ll be responsible for leading a project, developing, testing and delivering reliable software solutions. You’ll use industry best practices, policies and procedures to produce high-quality software products. You’ll be part of the team helping scale our technology as we grow our customer base and 10x the number of wearables in the field in the next 6-9 months.

Individual contributor:
You’ll be an individual contributor who has domain expertise in our tech stack and can take ownership of projects. Prior experience with Go is required. Experience with React and AWS is a big plus. You’ll be ensuring all the unit and integration tests are in place for your contributions, and also help peer engineers with that. Collaboration and best practices:
