About Framey
We built a social travel app that lets users get their inspiration, make travel plans, find cool spots nearby, take beautiful photos and share all these beautiful moments with their friends. Everything starting with just one picture.
Have you ever tried to monitor your infrastructure? We have, and our experience using multiple monitoring SaaS products drove us to build Watchly - a monitoring solution that transforms the way you monitor your products and makes life better for engineers. No more waking up at 2 am and correlating incident data from three different websites, no more ugly & confusing charts and logs, no more maintaining 3 different agents on each VM. One system to rule them all.
At Axiom we are transforming the self-hosted software experience, building a product suite that encapsulates everything a business needs while ensuring a high-quality experience. Our focus on ease of use, security, and privacy ensures our customers get all the benefits of traditional SaaS products, right inside their infrastructure.

As a software engineer at Axiom, your breadth of skills paired with our bottom-up product process will give you as much autonomy and license as you can handle. If you can build it and it’s good for the company, do it! There's no limit to how valuable you can be or how much impact you can make here. We’re looking for people who want to make a mark on the world—who have the ambition to dream big and the talent to bring those dreams to fruition.

* Experience writing documentation and tests, appreciating their importance to the team and product
* Open source contributions, projects, and working with communities
**More About Us **
The team at Axiom has been fortunate to work together for many years across multiple companies and multiple products.
Throughout our journey, we would come across services that we wanted to use for monitoring/data visualization/etc, and we would always have a tough choice to make: hand over our data to a third party to get a fully featured product, or use a half-baked solution that could run inside our infrastructure and allow us to keep our data safely in our hands.
When the previous company we worked for was acquired by Microsoft, we decided to take that opportunity to work on this problem. We decided to build polished, featureful, and easy to use products which didn’t sacrifice privacy and security.
Backend Engineer Risk Ledger London, UK £45,000 to £80,000 a year
July 2019
1 Applicants This Week
More Than 6 Months Old
Job Description
Risk Ledger is seeking software engineers to join our core team and take ownership in developing & shaping our platform that will improve the security maturity of the entire global supply chain. This is an opportunity to work with the latest technologies to solve an increasingly important problem, and to have an outsized impact on a product early in its lifecycle.
We are looking for an amazing and talented team from a diverse set of backgrounds and skillsets to help us grow and build a truly special company. The main focus of the role will be on backend development, but with opportunity to work up and down the stack. It’s all hands on deck at this stage, so you’ll need to be ready and willing to delve into the frontend, ship new functionality, and be involved in the product development, improving and learning as we go.
What you’ll be doing
* Building our system’s backend, primarily in Go. If you’re a fast learner and keen to work with Go in production, we’d love to speak with you;
* Getting your code, and that of the team, into production - hopefully continuously and bug-free by writing automated tests and engaging in peer code reviews.
* Helping to expose the backend functionality in the frontend when necessary. The UI is built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript using Vue.js, so you should be willing to learn enough to understand how everything fits together and be happy to make improvements where appropriate.
* Working closely with the customer success side of the company, to ensure that we’re always focused on and building what is right for our clients to make their lives easier, not just ours.
What success will look like
* An awesome looking product, with the functionality our clients need.
* A growing engineering team that people enjoy working with, who laugh together, know each other’s strengths and get the job done.
* A rapidly expanding customer-base who are eager to use our product, keeping us on our toes when it comes to infrastructure and scaling.
